See below: Agree with dr. Fowler. Sleep paralysis, if often, usually indicates disruption of sleep and it can point to an underlying medical issue such as sleep apnea or narcolepsy. It is recommended you consult a sleep medicine specialist to discern if this is the case, especially if excessive daytime sleepiness is present. Try to consolidate ; regularize your sleep.
