Probably not: If your eye is having trouble closing from bell's palsy at this point, i doubt it will regain that ability, unless it has been slowly improving.. Besides aggressive lubrication with eyedrops, ointments, and punctal plugs, treatment needs to be focused in closing the lid some. Botox can be helpful temporarily but a gold weight in the upper lid would be a good long term starting point. Good luck!
