Can bells palsy be forehead sparing? i have facial paralysis that seems to only affect the zygomaticus muscles. i had an mri and it was clear. i was on steroids for two weeks, its been a month and i see no improvement. will this go away?

Get rechecked. : Hallmark for Bells palsy is to have upper and lower face weakness. A second visit with a neurologist would help. If Bells palsy there is a percentage of people who can take up to a year to resolve with the Bells palsy.
