Stiff neck/jaw pain: One possibility is an infected tooth, or an infection of the jawbone. A second is bruxism, which is chronic grinding and/or clenching the teeth. This is also a symptom related to heart attack. See your dentist for an exam and diagnosis. If it is not a dental problem, see your medical doctor.
