Neck and back pain neck stiffness jaw stiff like i csnt open it all the way, tmj scoliosis and neck degeneration is this normal ?

No: I would not really say it is normal, although we certainly can see 19 year old patients with scoliosis and some of them will describe a stiffness as well. I would not hesitate to be seen by a physician for a thorough exam and possibly some blood work to make sure there is not something more systemic going on.
