Stiff neck: It might be just a tension headache with muscle spasm but if it persists ask your doctor to order x ray of cervical spine r/o cervical disk disease. Tmj is a common problem try ibuprofen. If it persists see dentist or maxillofacial surgeon.

See a dentist: This is quite possible related to the stress/anxiety you are experiencing. The popping of the jaw does indicate a little problem brewing in the tm joint area. I would recommend seeing your dentist for a complete work up to determine treatment options.

TMJ : It is possible that your TMJ could be causing or contributing to the problem. The "popping" is dislocation of the joint. We call that anterior dislocation with reciprocation. The disc is being displaced. See your dentist.

Impossible to render: A diagnosis without a clinical examination. I would suggest a visit to the dentist for a TMJ eval. It's possible that some of your symptoms might be associated. Hope this helps.
