Two weeks ago I was at ER w/ pyelonephritis (blood in urine, flu like symptoms, extreme flank pain). Given IV abx & oral bactrim finished 9 days ago. Pain is improving but I see increasing amounts of black flecks in urine. Urinalysis clean. Concerns?
