If i had a kidney infection from untreated UTI and my kidneys started to fail, what would a dipstick urinalysis show?

A lot of things: 1-red blood cells. 2- albumin 3-acid ph = 4.5-5.5 or alkaline ph = 6.5-8 4- nitrites, presence indicates bacterial 5-wbcells 6-specific gravity higher than usual concentrated urine = sg > 1.020 7-color, rancid or ammonia odor
