See below: Did your son have any trauma or falls was so had someone possibly pulled on his arm .? Is there swelling ?Where does the arm hurt the elbow shoulder ?These are questions that need to be ass you're better off probably seeing a pediatric orthopedic surgeon as soon as possible he may just have some mild sprain but again or evaluation would be warranted.
