my 11 year old daughter in complaining of regular left hand chest pain,spreads down arm, stabbing pain, and shortness of breath ??

Child chest pain: I recommend you take her to the doctor for a good evaluation. At 11, I would not expect it to be heart related, but I don't know anything about her weight or health otherwise. Those symptoms are not normal and should be evaluated by a physician.
