At your age sounds more like a cervical (neck) disc protrusion pressing on a nerve or on the spine itself. Only a guess - several other possibilities. Heart disease unlikely at age 26 but not impossible Check with Orthopedic or Spine surgeon. You’ll probably need x-rays (MRI scan) to identify the problem
