I am 20 year old boy. from few months i am experiencing chest pain which spreads to my left arm, left neck area, left shoulder, left lower and upper chest. sometimes i feel it more sometimes less. anything for which i should worry about?

EKG : Please see your provider for an examination and EKG 12 lead. In your age group, cardiac conditions are less common, but should be considered. More often the chest wall muscles are inflamed, especially if you have been lifting and exercising. If this is the case, apply local heat and take Ibuprofen to relieve the pain. If there is associated shortness of breath, cough, fever, please rule out COVID
