Possibly: It is possible that you could have nerve compression causing your symptoms that worsens with bending forward. However, there is usually accompanying pain, either in the back or legs or both. Also, in the case of spinal stenosis, nerve compression actually is relieved by bending forward. I would recommend an MRI as well as xrays with you leaning forward and backward.
