I have been having a tingling sensation on my right leg, and has caused a bit of numbness. the feeling started on the thigh, but has now moved down to the leg. what could this be?

Nerve problem: Either a peripheral nerve disease or central,compression could be this in unilateral fashion. Make an appointment with a neurologist, PMR doc, or you FP to evaluate this with appropriate testing to make an accurate diagnosis. Then you can start on a program to improve this,problem. Good luck
