Warning!: Not all arm tingling & numbness comes from 'pinched' neck nerves.As a pain dr., I find many such symptoms come from inflamed nerves in the arm, itself, & many from dysf of ribs & neck muscles.There are other causes, as well.A normal EMG/NCV could help rule out neck nerves as source.Proper history & thorough osteopathic exam may pinpoint cause w/Manipulation or neuroprolotherapy being the cure.
