A member asked:

Is there a way to promote bone growth/enlargment at age 22? i have child-like bones/hands/stature. growth stopped at age 15. any way to fix this?

No: There is really no good way to get bigger once your growth has stopped. You need to accept yourself as you are and go through life as the great big person you are on the inside, not worrying about what size you are or aren't on the outside. If you accept yourself, then others will do the same.
