Maybe: Advanced bone age in isolation is not puberty. It can be found in some whose other pubertal changes (growth spurt/genital hair/testis & penile growth) suggest the process in ongoing. All must be placed in context of all relevant info.I doubt anyone would consider this precocious at the age of 11 anyway.
