Can forteo use in young adults?, doesn't it promote bone growth ,then should be good for bone growth

Not for use in young: Forteo is FDA approved for the treatment of osteoporosis, which most typically occurs in elderly patients. Forteo has a black box warning due to the possible risk of osteosarcoma (a type of bone cancer), and because of this risk it is not to be used in young patients.
