Yes, here's more...: Felty's syndrome is characterized bycombination of rheumatoid arthritis, splenomegaly & neutropenia. Sufferers may also experience fever, weight loss, fatigue, anemia, low platelets, vasculitis, discoloration of skin (esp. of leg), ulcers on lower leg, &/or abnormally large liver (hepatomegaly).
