Just diagnosed w/lupus.only symptom i have is muscle & joint pain.blood tests say kidney & liver functions normal.can i eventually get other symptoms?

Yes: The most likely time to develop kidney disease or more serious issues is within the first 4 years of the diagnosis. That is why you need prriodic lab studies and should be under the care of a rheumatologist.
