Im (19f, 115 pounds) nervous about liver problems. last year i drank more but this year now abide by low risk limits, but occasionally i get a minor dull pain in my upper right quadrant that quickly goes away. no other symptoms. should i be scared?

Liver is usually quiet when it comes to pain. Before being scared best would be to abstain completely from alcohol use for few weeks and see if the pain goes away. That should answer the question if the pain is due to alcohol use.

Alcohol is a poison that never did anybody any good, ever, so stay away from it. It will destroy your brain cells, facilitate development of cancer in many organs, including breast, cause hepatitis, cirrhosis and pancreatitis etc. There is no safe level of alcohol intake. Quit while you are ahead.
