Thanks for asking!: The most common symptom would be a consistently poor/weak urinary stream possibly associated with burning with urination or blood from penis. Previous urethral infection (such as an std) or trauma (external straddle-like injury or trauma from being catheterized or having an indwelling catheter) would be most common cause.
