Doc says i have a kidney stone (6mm). i have experienced back pain, vomiting and genital pain. it has been a week and now i am experiencing severe genital pain (feels like a needle in my urethra). is this symptom common? will it likely pass soon?

Depends where the stone is located. What you describe seems that the stone is lower down close to the bladder area of the ureter. Passage depends on many factors. Drink plenty of water and stay in care of your Urologist
