Middle ear?: It is not the inner ear that you are describing. And do you mean drinking alcohol or putting alcohol in the ear canal. Because your statement is rather non-specific, I am not sure i know what you mean. If you are saying does drinking alcohol cause a change in inner ear volume or pressure, i would say no. Also I do not know how much alcohol you consume. I think the brain would be more involved.
