Yes: The part of the nervous system that controls the circulatory system is the autonomic nervous system, which can affect heart rate and blood pressure. Vasovagal syncope is an example. The vagus nerve, when stimulated, causes the heart rate to slow down and blood pressure to drop, which in turn can cause a person to pass out.
