Semantics: People describe nervousness but medically it is called anxiety. Anxiety can be related to certain events and can be normal. If excessive or impacting functioning, sleep or affecting body such sa crampos, mucle tichness, shaking, intestinal problems- you may need an ssri that increases serotin. Good luck!
