That's the way it is: People differ to the degree of physical experience they have from emotions and some folk are especially sensitive to bodily sensations. You might be. But emotions are physical. The nervous system and brain exchange messages with all other parts of our bodies. The emotions you name are not the happiest - perhaps it could help to talk to a therapist to protect your body from things that trouble you.
