Egg sized lymph node removed from armpit- is it lymphoma or reactive lymph node?

Could be either: Chances are greatest that an enlarged lymph node is not cancer (i.e. Lymphoma) - however needs to be assessed by a physician and sometimes a biopsy needs to be performed if not getting better or no alternate explanation.
