Most likely benign: It is not easy to feel lymph nodes that are not enlarged. In young individuals most enlargements are reactive to infections in the region and rarely due to lymphoma or metastatic cancer. If there are pimples or scratches in your armpit , that may explain it otherwise just observe it for a while and seek help if it rapidly becomes larger

No worries: Lymph nodes are a normal part of your body and are usually a half inch or less. Painful and/or enlarged nodes should be examined by a physician or experienced health care professional.

What would a lymph node feel like if it was swollen from lymphoma or other cancers. Have movable node in arm pit that is about a half inch?
