Not typical: A lot of early lymphoma have no symptoms. Some can cause local symptoms depending on their anatomic location and size. Muscle twitching is not a typical sx from lymphoma. Classical constitutional sx (not everyone) are: fever, night sweat (soaking sweat), and weight loss (10% over 6 months). Systemic sx can occur in aggressive or late lymphoma.
