9 months ago i noticed swollen lymph nodes in my neck 3 in the posterior triangle they are pea sized.one in the inferior jugular chain but is only about 4mm. 1cm axillry node that is firm had ultrasound of neck not armpit, none have grown. lymphoma?

Lymph nodes: The majority of inflamed lymph nodes are reactive, in your case and by size they seem to be normal, with the one that is 1cm being borderline. Surveillance under your primary care doc is best. Lymphoma does not appear likely, unless you have a history of it.

Watch and wait: You may feel the nodes every couple of weeks, if any of the lymph glands doubles in size, becomes painful, ulcerates, or other nodes become enlarged, or you develop fever, or lose weight, you should see a doctor. Wish you good health!
