If i had a neck exam and groin exam and armpit for lymph nodes and doctor didnt feel anything does this mean its not lymphoma?

No adenopathies: It only means that you do not have enlarged lymph nodes. If lymphoma was mentioned as a possibility based on your symptoms and initial testing, further work up will be needed ideally under oncology. If lymphoma is more of your fear, talk to your main doc about your health related anxiety.
