Maybe not quick, but: Sometimes sleep is like love -- you can't hurry it. But you can set yourself up in the best possible way for sleep to happen when you're tired. This includes avoiding alcohol and caffeine within 4-6 hours of going to bed. No naps. Make sure your bedroom is cool & dark; no tv in room. Chamomile tea may help. Develop your own routine.
