Multiple: Cognitive behavior therapy.The bed should be for sex and sleep not for iphone/ipad or TV etc.Limit Caffeine.If have to get up to urinate alot at night limit fluids 2 hrs bedore bed.Get plenty of exercise.try not to electronics for at least 1 hr before bed.can do 3mg melatonin at night.keep a schedule for sleep.try notto nap during the day.
