Usually yes: What you are feeling is most likely the outlet of the duct to the parotid gland, not an actual blockage. Sometimes this duct can get irritated if you have spicy or acidly foods or a bad cold. Usually it just resolves on its own within a few days. A true blockage would cause your entire cheek to swell up.
