When i bend down i feel pulling in left gingivia and salivary gland down from ear and jaw. why this happens?i had a little lump intra parotid but i dont touch it anymore. can it be from tooth problem?

Can be from tooth, gum, gland, tongue, etc. please see your Dentist for examination, a process that cannot be done w clicks alone.
