Yes: You have many salivary glands, some are very small and not normally palpable. Several can get enlarged at the same time.

Yes but: That is not common. It's also possible and more probable that you have two separate issues at the same time. All swellings should be seen while present and as soon as possible in order to get a proper diagnose and appropriate treatment. See your general dentist (or an oral surgeon).

Salivary gland: Yes. The parotid gland is tin the "cheek" area by the upper molars. Blockage of this gland can be quite painful. The other major glands are the sub-lingual glands in the floor of the mouth. You also have small salivary glands on the inside of the lower lip.
