Possibly: Sounds like you are experiencing one very long migraine. Your medical doctor may be able to prescribe something that can help control it. I would see them asap, and please have someone else drive you there.

Depends: On the office. If they are set up to give IV fluids and IV meds then a trip to the office would help. Be prepared to have someone drive you home. If not, go to the er.
