Basically negative: With that number it is basically negative, but doctors do not treat numbers we treat patients so that in itself does not rule out lupus.

Recur s/s worse recently fatigue joint pain/ rash- face and top of hands,raynauds/chilblains labs pos ANA titer pattern homogeneous. SOB/pain left rib protein in UA. EGFR 82. ST prednisone taper 120mg s/s better. dsdna- 25 iu/ml (neg?) Not lupus?
Labs are confusing. + ana, dsdna, and + hlab27. Bursitis in both hips & left shoulder. Chronic back & joint pain & numbness/tingling but sed rate and crp were normal when last checked? Lupus and/or ankylosing spondylitis maybe??
