Local anesthetics ok: Yes, Lidocaine and other local anesthetics are safe in WPW syndrome. Drugs to be avoided in this syndrome are those that slow the conduction from the atrium to the ventricle or av block.

Yes.: Local anesthetic injections should always be applied to minimize the dose and the potential for absorption into the blood stream and thereby minimize toxicity, WPW not withstanding.

Probably: You should discuss this with your cardiologist. Lidocaine in large doses can have negative affects for wpw, however Lidocaine for local anesthesia for surgery does not usually result in significant blood levels.
