Lumps: A lump in most places should be evaluated. The lump in your cheek near the upper molars may very well be a normal duct of the salivary gland to the mouth, but it could be something else too. A lump in your tongue could be from accidental trauma or bite to an actual growth. Best to get it checked out by an ENT specialist who can evaluate and provide options for management.

Ask an oral surgeon: The lumps may be unrelated to each other which is why you may be so concerned. Contact an oral surgeon to make a diagnosis. Otherwise there would be too much speculation on this question.
