This could be one...: Of many things, but the most likely is an infection associated with your teeth. There are also non-infectious inflammatory states that can produce these findings. Or it could be a pre-auricular node that is swollen due to inflammation of the external auditory canal. I could go on and on. But, if you are worried, best to just have it checked out and move on.
