How common is oral cancer in 27 yr old female? i have a few worrying things and one of them is a small painless lump inside left cheek by top molars?!

Oral cancer: Although oral cancer is not very common in someone your age, it can still happen. The risk factors for the development of oral cancer includes the use of alcohol and tobacco. The small painless lump you may actually be normal anatomy, because this is the location that your parotid duct opens into your mouth. Because of your concern for cancer you should really how this evaluated.

Need exam: Although it is not very common but not only it can happen, the incidence of hpv associated oral cancer in young population is on the rise. Go to see your doctor and get it checked. If that looks suspicious you prob need to see oral surgeon and get it biopsied etc.
