Based on Weight: It means they recommend you take in 2.2 grams of protein for every kilogram of body weight. As a side note, that seems like a lot of protein. The us fda recommends about 0.5 to 1 gm per kilogram per day for an average adult. Your protein intake depends on your goals (muscle building etc). Please consult with your doctor before beginning a specific diet regimen.
