Had ct done showed small bilateral renal cysts with hydronephrosis. have been cancer free since 6/20/13. should i be concerned?

Need to figure out: Why there is hydronephrosis, and is there any significant obstruction to the flow of urine from the kidneys.
The renal cysts are benign and very common.
Please talk with your doctor and get appropriate followup or additional workup for the hydronephrosis.

Good you are : Cancer free . Don't worry about renal cysts , the concern is the cause of hydronephrosis , speak to your doctor. What is causing ( based on info, taking tamoxifen you have breast ca ? ).
