A member asked:

What's difference between left kidney pelviectasis(no hydonephrosis)and left parapelvic renal cyst(no hydronephrosis)or it's same?which ismore serious

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not the same: pelviiectasis refers to widening or is a sac-like pocket of membranous tissue that contains fluid, air, or other substances. Cysts can grow almost anywhere in your body or under your skin. There are many different types of cysts. Most cysts are benign, or noncancerous thickening of the inside of the kidney .
