See Urologist: Testicular lumps should be evaluated by the urologist. A simple ultrasound can usually quickly determine wether it's a cyst or not. The urologist can advise as to wether treatment is necessary.

Needs eval: A lump in the testicle should be evaluated by a physician and imaged (testicular ultrasound) if need be. Guessing is not in order. Please see your physician for a physical examination and further testing/imaging are needed.
