Maybe: Lumps on the vulva can be an infection, ingrowth hair, benign cyst, and the list goes on. You should have your doctor examine it.

GYN: This may be a vaginal cyst; howver it requires a pelvic examination. Do not squeeze this area. Get a gyn evaluation.
