Little pea size lump on ear lobe, no pain. been there for about 2 weeks. i never knew you are meant to clean your ears and my ears always feel oily. cyst? im hoping its not cancer. if it is cyst. what are good home remedies. i also have acne?

Not a cancer. This is probably a cyst. I would leave it alone. Check with your PCP for possible removal. I would not put a Q-tip in your ear canal. There are some kits in your local pharmacy that provide ear canal irrigation. Some people use water diluted hydrogen peroxide for an ear canal rinse.
