This is fine: Most young men your age can feel a supraclavicular lymph node or two. If they're not enormous, not super-painful, and not stuck to the surrounding tissues, they're not a problem. Glad you're a good observer of your almost-grown-up body. Keep it up, stay fit, and you'll probably have a long and healthy life.
